September 2024 – Pembokeshire again. Talbenny, Broadhaven and Littlehaven

22 – Sunday – We drove to Talbenny, West Wales in bad weather
23 – Monday – We drove to Broadhaven. We had coffee at the nice Ocean Café even though It looked closed. Toastie loved running on the beach
24 – Tuesday – We went to Broadhaven again. Toastie running on the Beach again. We had a snack at the Ocean Café
25 – Wednesday – We went to Littlehaven. We ate delicious fish and chips in the dog-friendly Castle pub

February 2025 – Ilfracombe this time -Widmouth, Woollacomce and Croyd

21 -Friday- We drove to Widmouth Farm, Kari Kay Curry for tea
22 – Saturday – Sitting in balmy sunshine in the the garden. Took Kate to Tescos. Chicken and Stealk pasties for tea.
23 – Sunday – Very Stormy! Interesting! Watched the waves on the rocks from the Landmark Theatre in Ilfracombe itself. Hot choc too sweet tho’. Roast pork later – scrummy
24 – Monday – Nice shower then a drive to Woolacombe in the sunshine. Cafe there not so good.
25- Tuesday – A little walk, museum then tea in the sunshine outside the Landmark. Then a stop at LDL and a drive to Croyd for cream teas
26 – Wednesday – Swimming at last in a very civilised Leisure Centre. We then drove to Hele beach and then the Landmark for v. large spud lunch (via the museum) so just six meatballs for tea!!
27- Thursday – Waited at Hele beach for the others at Hele beach. Then a drive to Ilfra for coffee and huge Fish and Chips by the harbour
28 – Friday – Packing up, coffee at Landmark again in the sun while Jerz got a “toy”. Good off motorway services by Murco on the way home.
